Yes — $99 Websites is an Australian owned and operated business. Every website is designed and built right here in Sydney, not outsourced overseas.

We deliver your initial draft within 2–3 business days of receiving your details. Once you've reviewed and approved it, your site goes live straight away.

No problem at all. We can work with whatever you provide — existing content, photos, a competitor's site you like the look of, or nothing at all. If needed, we'll create everything from scratch including your logo and images.

Your first payment is due once you've reviewed and accepted your initial draft. From there, billing continues monthly on the same date. You won't be charged a cent until you're happy with what we've built.

Our preferred payment method is direct debit via Stripe, which means your $99/month is collected automatically — no invoices to chase, no missed payments. We also accept card payments. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

No contracts, no minimum terms. If you ever want to cancel, simply email us at support@99websites.com.au with 30 days notice and we'll take care of the rest.

Your website will remain live until the end of your final billing period, then it will be taken down. If you own your domain, that remains yours — we'll help you point it elsewhere if needed.

We build a range of styles — single page scroll-based sites, traditional multi-page websites, and everything in between. We don't cap you on page count. What we don't build are e-commerce stores or sites with inbuilt booking or reservation systems, though we're happy to link your site to external platforms like Uber Eats, Google Business, or third-party booking tools. If what you're after isn't something we can deliver as a $99 Website, we'll tell you upfront.

Yes — your subscription includes ongoing changes as needed. This covers content updates, text changes, photo swaps, and minor layout adjustments, both during the build phase and once your site is live. Just email support@99websites.com.au and we'll get it done, usually within two business days.

Yes. Every website we build is fully optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Most of your customers will find you on their phone — we make sure your site looks great on every screen size.

Yes. We can build you a brand new site to replace your existing one. Please note that we don't make changes or updates to websites we haven't built ourselves.

If you already own a domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au), we'll need temporary access to your domain settings to connect it to your new website — we'll walk you through the process. If you don't have a domain yet, you can purchase one yourself and we'll help you set it up, or we can purchase it on your behalf and pass the cost through to you with no markup.

Yes. Your $99/month subscription covers everything — design, builds, updates, and hosting. The only additional cost is your domain name, which is typically around $20–25/year for a .com.au.
